Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

For any purchase on our online store https://luthena.com, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the complete product to us. After notifying your intention, you have an additional 7 days to ship the return. Returned products must be new, unused, and in perfect condition, with all their accessories and instructions included.

2. Return Procedures and Costs

For any return or exchange request, please contact us at hello.luthena@gmail.com. Items must be properly packaged in their original packaging and sent postage paid. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Important: Products travel at your own risk during a return. Make sure to use appropriate packaging to protect the contents.

3. Return Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Consumable products or products that have been unsealed.
• Headphones, microphones, and any other product requiring strict hygiene once the packaging is opened.

4. Refund

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 days following the receipt and inspection of the returned product. Abnormal wear or deterioration found on the product may result in a reduction in the refund amount.

5. Returns for After-Sales Service (SAV)

In the event of a malfunction covered by the manufacturer's warranty, return shipping costs will be covered once the repair is completed, provided that the fault is confirmed. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Breakdowns related to improper use, installation, or handling are not covered by the warranty.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Lyon (France) will have jurisdiction.
