Who Can Benefit from the Pass Culture?

The Pass Culture is available to young people aged 15 to 18:

  • At 15 years old: €20 available on your Pass Culture app to spend within the year.
  • At 16 and 17 years old: €30 allocated each year.
  • At 18 years old: €300 to spend before your 20th birthday, with a maximum of €200 for the purchase of a musical instrument.

Eligibility conditions:

  • You must be of French nationality or reside in metropolitan France or overseas territories.
  • If you do not have French nationality, you must have lived in France for at least one year.

How to Use the Pass Culture?

To take advantage of your Pass Culture , follow these simple steps:

  1. Download the application on Google Play for Android or the App Store for iPhone, or access the online application directly: Pass Culture.
  2. Register: Log in to the ÉduConnect platform via the application. If you do not have your credentials, contact your middle school, high school, or university.
  3. Search and find: Find the product you are interested in and make your reservation. A reservation number will be assigned to you.
  4. In-store pickup: You have 30 days to pick up your product in store, with your identity card and your reservation number (photos or photocopies are not accepted).
  5. Validation: Present your identity card, and the store will validate your reservation and give you your instrument.

In case of a voucher, the financial supplement specified in the offer must be paid on site to obtain the product.
